It has been awhile...

I am honestly sorry I haven't been blog updating! I usually love to write, but lately I've been in a rut when it comes to writing, but I am determined to change that!

Live in our family has been crazy as usual! But, we love crazy so it has been fun! Since I last blogged, Stetson and Kylee got married and moved to Utah, Jordan and Melissa had their beautiful little girl Hallie, Parker received his mission call to the Ghana, Cape Coast Mission, Parker has left on his mission and is now halfway across the world! Tevin and I moved into the house we are house sitting for the next year and a half, Hillary is ENGAGED to Spencer, and my belly is much bigger than normal! Intense amount of info? Haha, don't worry, there will not be a quiz at the end of the post!

Truly, although we feel like we have been busy with work and school on top of everything else, we are blessed! I could go on and on about all of our blessings, and we are SO grateful for them. We know Heavenly Father loves us and is watching out for us!

Slowly, but surely we are getting our nursery put together! Last week we purchased a crib, mattress, and a car seat/stroller combo (all at the same store - Tevin was pushing this huge cart- it was cute!) We haven't set anything up yet, but that is what the weekend is for! :) I would have already done it myself but what fun would it be to do alone?! We LOVE the weekends, especially Sundays! That is when we get to see each other for more than an hour or two a day. Between school and work Tev is never home! :( Now, I am scared to be home alone for a long period of time, but more than that I feel bad for him! He works so hard for our little family!!

10 weeks!! Yep! 10 weeks and we get to meet our little girl! Oh! We are so excited! January 24th is the day! I'm almost to nine months, whew! It has been quite the ride and I can only imagine that last part gets more crazy! I have tried from the very beginning to not complain about being pregnant, you know the morning sickness, the weight gain, back aches, and huge belly? Yeah, I've tried no to complain about that because I couldn't be more grateful that Heavenly Father is sending one of his sweet spirits to earth for us to raise. Nevertheless, I am only human and some days when it really gets to me I've been known to whine a little, mostly to Tevin. What an AMAZING man! I love him! Hands down, every single time I am sick or tired or whiny he wraps his arms around me to tell me how much he loves me. He is also always willing to help me in whatever way he can! He also says that I'm not allowed to say "I'm fat." Apparently, I'm not fat, I'm just pregnant. Haha, he is so sweet! I'm lucky that he is on this fun adventure called life with me!

We picked a name for her. But.... I'm not going to reveal it yet! Hehe.

Ok, after like a novel of updates, here are just a few pictures of our life lately!

Saying good-bye to Park at the airport!

News Update!!!

Okay, okay. I’m sorry that I never update our blog! School just ended (I took my last final today!!) and I’m ready to be social again! Life in the Sautter home has been crazy and eventful! We have had school, work, family reunions, family birthday parties, trips to Boise for WICKED, drive-in movies with Landon and a college graduation for my Mom!
We still love being married! We are not perfect- at all- but we still think we are perfect for each other and I hope we always think that! Life in our little apartment is fun! We are ready for a move though! Which brings me to my first bit of news... We are moving! Our old bishop from our singles ward called us and told us that he and his wife were called to serve a mission in the Philippines. They asked us to house sit their house for the next year and a half!! Crazy, right? We know, it is a HUGE blessing and we are so grateful for this opportunity. But I’ve never taken care of an entire house; I might spend my whole time cleaning! Haha! I’ll post pictures when we move in in October! We are SOOOOOOO excited!
My next bit of news is that I have a new job! Well, kind of. I work at Jamba Juice as the Assistant Manager, nothing special. But, starting in a few weeks I will be the new General Manager of the Idaho Falls Jamba Juice. Unfortunately it postpones my graduation until next July but we can handle that. I will only be working as the manager until the end of December. Such a short period of time for a new job? Well, yes. Which is the next exciting announcement…
We are having a baby!! Our baby is due the last week in January! I know, you may be thinking, “What?! How long have they been married??” Well, we just reached our four month anniversary and we are three months pregnant. It is soon. It wasn’t the original plan, which was to wait at LEAST one year before considering it. But, after we got married we both felt it was the right time to start our family. Whatever that reason is, we don’t know. But we sure are excited to be parents! Sometimes it is a little scary, but we know with faith and diligence, close families and prayer we can do whatever our Heavenly Father wants us to be doing.
That was a lot of update, sorry so much in one post! I’ll be much better about posting, I promise!!!
I put a few pictures below of what has been going on lately!

School

Ok. I have something to say about school, here goes... why am I SOOOOOO bad at it?! I really don't like school! It is the hardest thing for me to focus on and be dedicated to! I can do lots of things and stay focused and get better at them but school, apparently not. I am supposed to graduate in December but I don't want to be in school anymore! Ahh! BUT, I will continue to push through to learn and grow?:/ I will get a bachelor's degree and this will no longer be a problem. The problem might soon become motivating Tevin for school, he doesn't like it either, but he is much smarter than me so it's okay! Haha! But really, I'm going to have to find something about this whole school thing that I like so one day when my kids don't like school I can say to them, "Oh school is great! Let me tell you why..." I guess I could insert the many answers about learning and growing, making friends, endless opportunities, etc. But I will probably say, "It is great because one day you will be done with it!" Haha,I'm just kidding! In all seriousness, I plan on graduating in December but the closer it gets the harder it seems to push through. School has been great for me and honestly I wouldn't know half the things I know in general or about myself without the education I've gained in college the past few years. Today I'm just avoiding doing my homework and I thought I would vent my school frustrations to the blog. Thank you blog.

Welcome to the Sautter Family!!

Oh boy! It sure has been quite some time since I have updated my blog... oops! Anyway, a lot has happened in our little family. First of all, we started our little family. On March 19, 2011 I married my best friend! It was a fabulous day! It almost went off without a hitch, but I guess if something had gone wrong I was kind of stuck in la-la land and didn't notice. Haha, our families did such an amazing job helping and basically doing everything for our wedding! It was so great to have everyone from both our our families there to share the day with us! The day after our wedding we went to St. George for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, Tevin got sick and spent most of the week lying in bed not feeling well! Poor guy, I tried my best to take care of him and eventually he got feeling better. One of the days when he was feeling up to it, we drove down to Las Vegas and just walked around and enjoyed the day! Although we LOVED having a vacation, especially after the stress of planning the wedding, we couldn't wait to get back home, to our little home! We got back and right away started putting our apartment together! It was so much fun to create these memories together and have one another to rely on while we experience this new adventure of marriage! I still have a ton to blog about, but this is all of my update for today!

I'm getting MARRIED! :)

Ok, so it is fairly obvious that I failed at the 30 blog challenge... haha. I started out great, but that was during Thanksgiving break and then I went back to school and it was hard to find time to blog each day. My life has been pretty busy and full of excitement lately! On November 3rd, I went on a date with the most incredible man I have EVER met and well, I fell for him - head over heels! We went to an orchestra concert for a friend of mine and I went home that night thinking that I had never been on such a great date! This was huge for me because I have always hated first dates! But this one was different, he made it different. :) This mystery boy is named Tevin. Tevin Sautter. Turns out, he is my future husband! Yep, we are engaged! We got engaged on December 10, 2010. It was the perfect proposal, simple and special. I am such a lucky girl! Tevin is the best part of my life and I don't think it is possible for me to be more excited to be his wife! I can be me, no pretending, and he loves me. He loves me if I'm loud and crazy, tired and quiet, grumpy or moody, giggly or silly, with make-up or without or even when I'm bossy(although he doesn't like me to be bossy)! He treats me like a queen and sometimes I wonder if I deserve such a guy! He fits in perfect with my family, he even reminds me of my dad sometimes! Together we help each other to be better and to try our best! I have never felt such a comfort with anyone and there is nowhere I would rather be at any given time then in his arms. I know this all sounds so cheesy, and it is, but I love him! The funny thing is that we actually went to high school together, but we didn't know each other very well back then! Funny how things work out! We are getting married on March 19, 2011 in the Idaho Falls Temple! We are counting down the days until we will be sealed together FOREVER! I love Tevin and I'm so glad we finally found each other!
